	Apply online or call a loan officer at 1-877-776-7391 The process is easy and will take just a few minutes by phone. When we have your basic information, we will send you a loan application package with a prepaid return envelope for your convenience.
	Loan Underwriting and Approval Once we receive your loan application, we will perform a title search, complete our underwriting, and prepare the final closing documents.
	Schedule Closing After your loan is approved we will contact you to schedule a convenient time for closing.  We can send our closing agent to your home or business to sign the final documents or, if you prefer, you can close in our Dallas office.
	Paid Property Tax Receipt Following a 3 day waiting period required by law, we will pay your property taxes and send you a paid receipt from your taxing authority.
