2010 Collin County Property Tax Rates by City, School, & County

As the data shows, the average combined property tax rate for Collin County is approximately 2.36% with the lowest combined property tax rate being the City of Parker at 2.06% and the highest being in Wylie at 2.87%.  Wylie was the highest for city taxes at 0.90% and was tied for the highest for school taxes along with Celina at 1.64%.
